Summary: I have been a lifelong Sony customer. My TV, reciever, even my alarm clock is made by Sony. I have never had a problem with any Sony products. However, after this experience I will never buy from Sony ever again.
I bought a VGNCS190 from the SonyStyle Store. From the minute I pulled it from the box, the machine never worked properly. The Fan is defective. It constantly goes on and off. I changed the setting to "thermal control", basically underclocking it, tried updating the bios. At this point I read another message string, and realized that this seems to be a defect with this entire product line.
Sony has a 30 day return policy that guarantees satisfaction. Unfortunately, they make it so hard to get through their phone tree that, this guarantee is virtually worthless. In the past two weeks I have called 10 times, chated with someone, been given 5 different numbers. I have been put on hold for periods of 20, 35, 50 minutes. This if freakin ridiculous. I am done with Sony products.

其实sony本本已经是非常大众化的牌子了，新品上市不久就大幅降价 ，贬值也很快 ，中高端形象已不复存在
目前1万以上的预算还是看苹果最好，唯一一个还坚持高端的本本品牌 ，同时也是最保值的 ，Macbook pro现在最低还要上万
